If you prefer to mail payment by check or money order:

1. Fill out the SUBMISSION FORM normally.
2. In the SPECIAL CONCERNS field, note that you will be paying by check or money order.
3. Make check or money order payable to David Schapiro
4. Mail check or money order to:

If you prefer to mail a hard copy of your script:

1. Fill out the SUBMISSION FORM normally, leaving the SCRIPT TO UPLOAD field blank.
2. In the SPECIAL CONCERNS field, note that you will be mailing your script.
3. Mail your script to:

If you prefer to mail a hard copy of your script AND mail a check:
